Refund and Returns Policy

At Ergosack, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return. Customized or special-order items may also not be eligible for return.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process or arrange a pickup where applicable.


4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund if it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by us.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
